Shipping policy

Shipping within Germany 

These are free of charge from an order value of 80€. For orders under 80€ a flat rate of 4,99€ will be charged.

 

Shipping to the European region

Delivery within Europe is free of charge for orders over €150. For amounts under €150, shipping will be charged at checkout.

 

Shipping to non-EU countries

Shipping is always from Germany. When shipping from Germany to non-EU countries, customs duties, taxes and fees may be incurred which are not included in the basic price displayed. The shipping costs are displayed after the respective delivery location has been specified.

 

Delivery times 

Unless otherwise stated, delivery times can be found in the relevant product description or are displayed at checkout. As a rule, we try to keep our products in stock so that they reach our customers within a few days. It may be that the product is first manufactured after the order has been placed. In this case, production usually takes 3-5 days. However, this can change depending on the number of orders received.

If several items are ordered at the same time, the delivery time for the entire order is always based on the item with the longest delivery time. Please note that the delivery time is always calculated from the date of receipt of payment.
